After spending years providing capital financing and advisory services across the globe, our founder, Alex Roe, discovered a critical gap.
Large corporations always had easy access to sophisticated, impactful financial insights. Yet smaller businesses—the ones fueling growth, innovation, and jobs—had little more than two disappointing options: simplistic outsourced bookkeeping or traditional CPA firms that prioritized high-fee projects. Neither truly met their needs.

Our founder, Alex Roe, has over 15 years of experience in global finance. His career spans institutions including Bank of America and Credit Suisse in New York and led a regional debt platform in Singapore where he provided strategic financing to growing businesses. He also led a U.S.-focused fund backed by investors to acquire a growing company in the U.S.
Throughout his career, Alex has worked closely with businesses at every stage of growth, gaining firsthand insight into what drives lasting success. After seeing how limited access to quality financial guidance held back promising companies, Alex created Dedicated Books. His mission was clear: to empower businesses with financial clarity, insights, and expertise traditionally reserved for large companies.
Alex earned his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and his undergraduate degree in Accounting. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
He resides in Dallas, Texas, with his loving wife and beautiful daughter. He enjoys training for triathlons, traveling, and exploring the great outdoors.
